up date

This last week we entered a pic in the fair of our hands and rings. Sad, but true no ribbon was earned it was fun to enter it though. Brian went four wheeling with some of his family and our truck broke down. I am not looking forward to paying that bill for sure. I took my dad to dinner for his birthday at TGIF it was yummy. I took my brother Kevin's kids. My mom came as well. We love everyone to comment on our blog. So we know people are looking at it. I will ask a question to all. Where is a good place to have professional pic of Lexey taken? She needs some good ones done of her. also how do you do a slide show on her I tried and it didn't work?

Brian,

I'm so happy to hear that she's doing well! She's soooooo cute!

As for the photo's, I would recommend Liberty Cheney! She's the one that did our wedding pictures and she's really good and not very expensive. The only thing is, I'm not sure she does individual stuff. Here's her contact info... (Tell her that Jen and I referred you and she'll probably give you a discount too!)

As for the slide show stuff, blogger has one that you can use. All you have to do is upload your pics and then place it within your blog. What I would recommend, however, is YouTube. YouTube offers a great environment for you to upload actual video or slide shows and them embed them within your blog. It's very cool. One of the things you can do to make your own slide show is use the windows movie maker that comes with all new Windows Vista Machines. If you don't have it loaded on your computer already I would be surprised. However, if you cannot find it all you need to do is Google "Windows Movie Maker" and you'll easily be able to find it on the web for a free download from Microsoft.

Once you've downloaded it just open it up, import your pictures and have fun! When you're done it'll render your video/slide show, upload it to YouTube and embed the code into your blogger post on the "Edit HTML" Tab.

Anyway, if you have any questions just shoot me an e-mail or call me anytime. All my contact info is on GRIFFINDER.COM!

Take care guys and I'm so happy for you both!

Kim,
I always have Caleb's pictures done at JC Penny. They do a good job for what I want but you might want better quality. It's easy to do a slide show but I'd have to show you rather than try to explain it in words. You just let me know if you want my help. It doesn't take long to do it.

Kim, A great site I use for slide shows is www.photobucket.com. Its really easy, you create an account, upload your pictures and then just create a slideshow with them using their templates for how the pictures will be slide showed.

Can't wait to see some more pics!

She is getting so big! I am glad all is well with you guys. I am also happy you are going to be keeping everyone posted on the Miracle Martin Girl. If Aunt Sarah is ever too busy to babysit (yeah right), let me know, I would love to spend time with Lexey.
